Back Yard Impact for less than $100

For less than $100, you can make a huge impact on a house.  Curb Appeal doesn’t only happen in the front yard.  The back yard is frequently ignored and yet is such an important part of the staging process.  An inexpensive way to add percieved value, is simply to add shutters to the back of the house as well as the front.  Most people don’t think to do this.  Visit your Home Depot or Lowe’s  and find shutters for your windows, often for less than $20 per window. Simple and inexpensive staging and decorating addition.
