Meet Carol:

Carol Bass owned and operated two successful franchises for 11 years, reached top director position with a direct marketing company, and was a training director for an international hotel chain. She then started her decorating business, Rooms Retouched, in the Greater Philadelphia/New Jersey area. Carol’s clients loved that she was a service-driven not product driven decorator. As the co-founder and Director of Training for The Decorating and Staging Academy, she teaches and mentors today’s decorating professionals. She has taught hundreds of decorating professionals to build successful businesses. Carol’s well-attended Addicted to Decorating consumer seminars.
